Elvis Presley is forever in our hearts and minds. He left a mark on the world with his outlandish talent and charming personality. Now that he is gone, the only solace remains in watching his next generations live up to his legacy. His wife, Priscilla feels proud and joy to devote herself into that.
Priscilla's only child with Elvis, Lisa Marie, made her a grandma for the first time in 1989. She had given birth to daughter, Danielle Riley, from her marriage with Danny Keough. They later welcomed a son, Benjamin Storm. After 3 divorces, she tied the knot with Michael Lockwood, who became the first time father, with fraternal twins, Harper Vivienne Ann and Finley Aaron Love.
Priscilla on being a grandma
Becoming a grandmother is double the bliss, and Priscilla Presley is well-acquited with this feeling. She was especially thrilled about her twin gems, Harper and Finley when they arrived in 2008. She had told Metro UK that it was "a dream come true." The King of Pop's wife got to spend a lot of time with them in 2017.
Harper and Finley stayed with their grandma for 9 months when their mother was caught up in a custody battle with ex-husband, Michael. Priscilla disclosed her feelings about her granddaughters, telling PEOPLE magazine:
They have so much to contribute to their opinions, their viewpoints and questions. I value that very much.
Lisa gushed over her mom
Lisa Marie had given a post-birth interview, in which she revealed Priscilla to be an amazing grandma. However, she strictly instructed that Harper and Finley to only call her 'Nonna' not grandma. It means grandma in Italian, but it sounds a lot sweeter. Fair enough!
The family had turned out to be a beautiful supportive unit. We wish them a successful and healthy life ahead. Share this and give a shoutout to Nonna Priscilla!
