Why they divorced

The top rated Hollywood couple shocked the world when news of their divorce broke in September 2016. Brad and Angie had been together for 11 years and between them had three sons and three daughters.

It was revealed at the time that the dissolution of the marriage was Angie's idea and it was done with the best interest of their kids in mind.

Disturbing court order

Apparently, because of this, the children have not been in contact with their father since the couple went their separate ways.

And now, CNN claims they have a court order forcing Angelina Jolie to encourage the children to have a relationship with their father, visit and talk to him. A schedule also stipulates exactly how much time the children should spend with each parent.

Angelina Jolie has been warned that she may lose custody altogether if she is unable to get her younger children to warm up to their father.

This is concerning to say the least

While the actual cause of their divorce remains unknown, available information suggests that Brad Pitt got into a scuffle of sorts with his then 15-year-old son, Maddox, just before the separation.

The actor admitted in a GQ Magazine interview in May 2017 that he was undergoing a loving therapy. We hope the family finds a way to make things work.
