101-Year-Old Actress Olivia De Havilland Doesn’t Have Any Intention To Give Up When It Comes To Her 'Feud' Defamation Lawsuit

May 9, 2018

However, her March court suit has been recently ruled out. And the verdict didn’t please Olivia de Havilland. As California Supreme Court tossed out her case against FX.

Whether a person portrayed in one of these expressive works is a world-renowned film star — 'a living legend' — or a person no one knows, she or he does not own history. Nor does she or he have the legal right to control, dictate, approve, disapprove, or veto the creator's portrayal of actual people.

It’s natural that the actress didn’t like how they portrayed her as a gossip woman who calls her sister a “bitch” and makes jokes about Frank Sinatra’s drinking. She claims she hasn’t done anything like that ever. However, the actress admits she once called her sister a ‘dragon lady’ in one of her interviews.

And no matter how everything will turn out for Olivia, she should know we all love and support her!
