Michael and his wife Nicole Johnson welcomed their first child, son Boomer, on May 5, 2016. And it’s hard to believe how he has grown up!

What an adorable boy he is!

Luckily, the proud dad often shares pictures of his firstborn and makes updates about what he’s been up to. It’s no surprise to get to know that Phelps has already started teaching Boomer how to swim.

And just a few months ago, Michael uploaded a short video, showing his son’s progress. In it, the boy is seen in the water, masterfully swimming to the other side of the pool. Phelps captioned it:

Booms just surprised me the other day with this one.... Still speechless.

And we should say that judging from the video, the little one might follow in his dad’s footsteps and become the world’s recognized swimmer. What do you think?

Another bundle of joy!

In 2018, the most decorated Olympian of all time shared another joyful news – his wife gave birth to their second boy! Now, the family is enjoying time with their new addition – Beckett Richard.

We wonder if Beckett will also have the swimming talent!
