Sad news

In the latest interview with The New York Times, Meghan McCain revealed why she felt so devastated within these few weeks. The View host said she suffered a miscarriage.

Meghan called this “horrendous experience" which she would never wish anyone to go through.

She said:

Miscarriage is a pain too often unacknowledged. We feel sorrow and we weep because our babies were real.

Meghan added, at first, she and her husband Ben Domenech planned to keep their tragedy private.

This was not supposed to be public knowledge... I wish this grief—the grief of a little life begun and then lost—could remain private.

Senator John McCain’s daughter and Ben Domenech got married in 2017 just weeks after announcing their engagement. At that time, Meghan confessed she fell in love with Ben because “he is conservative and so funny in his own way.”
