As we know, the Duke of Cambridge is the second in the line of succession to the British throne, and there is a possibility he will become a King of England one day.
As reported, the succession to the royal throne is determined by the ancestry and laws put into force by the government.
The Queen’s rough joke
When the elder son of Prince Charles and Princess Diana was born, it was big happiness for everybody.
While writing a letter to the second cousin Patricia Mountbatten, Prince Charles seemed to be the happiest father in the world. He announced the birth of the royal baby, and expressed all his feelings as a parent, writing it has been the most wonderful experience in his life.
The arrival of our small son has been an astonishing experience and one that has meant more to me than I ever could have imagined.
Nevertheless, the Queen made quite a rough joke when the Duke of Cambridge was born on June 21st, 1982. After meeting Prince William, the Queen reportedly said a crude joke about his father.
Thank goodness he hasn't ears like his father.
Prince Charles' reaction to Prince Harry's birth
By the way, Queen was not the only one who made a joke after the birth of the royal child. A couple of years before the tragic death, Princess Diana revealed Charles’ first words after he saw newborn Prince Harry.
Oh God, it's a boy! And he's even got red hair!
As always, we're reminded that our favorite royals are blessed with great sense of humor.
