Claudia Martin was Dean’s child from his first marriage to Betty McDonald. She was one of the couple’s four children and became a successful actress.
Claudia Martin got allured by showbiz and set her mind on becoming an actress. Her first screen appearance was in the 1956 comedy Hollywood Or Bust when she was 11 years old.
Later, she starred in many films, including For Those Who Think Young, Ski Fever, and The Ghost In The Invisible Bikini. She also made an appearance alongside her famous father in The Dean Martin Show.
Claudia married fellow actor Kiel Martin with whom she had a daughter, Jesse. Sadly, Claudia passed away in 2001 after a grueling battle with breast cancer. She was 56 years old.
Unfortunately, she is not the only child Dean Martin lost. His 2 sons from the second marriage with Dorothy Jean "Jeanne" Biegger passed away as well. Dean Paul Martin died in a jet crash but Ricci Martin's cause of death still remains a mystery.
