Countess Of Wessex Put A £2 Bet On Four Horses At Royal Ascot. How Much Did She Win?

Members of the royal family joined the Queen for the spectacular carriage procession, signalizing the beginning of the 5-day event in Berkshire.

Everybody admired Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who looked so in love at the Royal Ascot. The racing commentator said:

I think it is rather lovely if you are watching the Duke of Sussex in these pictures who is just pointing out to Meghan how things work, showing her the horses, showing her the programme because of course this is her first time.


Countess of Wessex decided to put a £2 bet on four horses in various races. Probably, she wanted to try her luck. But did she win?

Sophie put small bets on horses Tomyris, Cracksman, Archetype, and Headway. Unfortunately, none of the horses managed to cross the winning post first.

Headway showed the worst result and came 29th out of 30 horses.

Despite the fact Sophie didn’t win, she was not upset at all. The Countess of Wessex looked gorgeous as ever in blue Emila Wickstead costume and matching hat.


At the Royal Ascot, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were in a horse drawn carriage together with the Earl and Countess of Wessex.

Royal Ascot
