Jason Momoa Was Terrified To Find Out About His ‘Games Of Thrones’ Co-Star Emilia Clarke’s Brain Aneurysms: “We Had So Many Scares”

Game of Thrones fans were a bit shocked to find out that their favorite ‘mother of dragons’ Emilia Clarke has a near-fatal experience while shooting the series.  Her former co-star and good friend, Jason Momoa, revealed he was terrified when Emilia opened up about her health problems.

“It’s very sad”

About a month ago, the Games of Thrones star Emilia Clarke opened up about her health problems. The actress suffered brain aneurysms while filming the first season of the iconic series.

Emilia got emotional, talking about her diagnosis:

 If I was to live and avoid terrible deficits, I would have to have urgent surgery. And, even then, there were no guarantees.

Emilia’s health issues appeared to be a real shock not just for her numerous fans, but for her former co-star and onscreen husband, Jason Momoa.

Jason and Emilia are pretty close in real life. They are often spotted together during numerous public outings.

Momoa commented on Clarke’s announcement in a recent interview with ET:

It’s very sad ‘cause we almost lost her numerous times. I love her to bits.

‘Games of Thrones’ reunion

Fortunately, Emilia is doing fine now and there is no threat to her life after suffering brain aneurysms.

On April 2, Emilia and Jason reunited at the premiere of the final season of GOT. Momoa was accompanied by his charming wife, Lisa Bonet. The spouses totally stole the spotlight when they stepped out on the red carpet.

It’s so nice to see that real friendship is not a fiction in Hollywood. Emilia Clarke is a lucky person to have such a caring friend as Jason Momoa. Don’t you think?
