Robert Francis Vaughn left a tremendous legacy of his immense talent and thriving acting career after his demise in 2016. He was a famous American actor, mostly known for his role as spy Napoleon Solo in the TV series, The Man from U.N.C.L.E.

Robert Vaughn's cause of death was a battle with acute leukemia, according to Deadline. The spokesman also said that the actor passed away being surrounded by his family.

The Hollywood actor was survived by his wife, model and actress Linda Staab, whom he spent 42 years in a blissful marriage. The couple met and married in 1974 and remained together until Robert Vaughn's passing at the age of 83.

In fact, the Hustle star had a three-year romance with Kathy Ceaton, who was 13 years his junior. They seemed to be very serious, as they shared houses in Hollywood and Surrey, but their relationship didn't end on a good note, as Kathy got pregnant.

Before the child was born, and Robert's paternity was identified, he happened to be dating his soon-to-be wife, Linda Staab.

The actor's then-girlfriend, Kathy Ceaton, gave birth to baby boy Matthew Vaughn, but the legendary star denied everything in the court, as they was not enough evidence of him being a father to Matthew.

Regarding Robert's kids with his wife of 45 years, the two decided to adopt son Cassidy and daughter Caitlin. Both partners always considered the little ones as they own despite the adoption.

The Magnificent Seven star, alongside his wife Linda, also had two grandchildren.
