Gregg Wallace and his spouse of three years, Anne-Marie, welcomed their baby boy Sid Massimo seven months ago. Appearing on Loose Women, the 54-year-old gushed over his son and revealed she loved being involved in fatherhood.

I change nappies, and I feed, and I wind. I love it. I've been weed on three times.

Gregg Wallace and his wife Anne-Marie's dream of having a child of their own came true on 29 April 2019 after two years of trying. Despite talking about possible IVF as an option, the couple thankfully ended up conceiving Sid naturally.

The tragedy has conquered Wallace's brood — his 32-year-old wife will have to undergo hysterectomy due to severe endometriosis next year. The doctors recommended for Anne-Marie to remove the womb due to the amount of pain she endured since giving birth.

Anne-Marie spoke to OK! Magazine and poignantly admitted she and her husband are likely not to have children naturally anymore after her surgery. The mother-of-one said:

My endometriosis, which I've suffered with all my adult life, returned severely after I had Sid. It's so bad I also have to have part of my intestine removed, as it has attacked my bowel too.

Gregg Wallace's wife concluded she would remain in the hospital for ten days and will be recovering for three months after the procedure.

Their love story

The Masterchef host met Anne-Marie back in 2013 online to discuss ingredients and was immediately enchanted to the stunning brunette. Though Gregg Wallace has been married and divorced three times, he is now happily married to his 4th wife.

The 55-year-old once told Hello! Magazine:

I just looked at Anna's photo and thought, 'Wow, she's pretty'. So yes, rhubarb, which was considered an aphrodisiac in medieval times, brought us together.

Gregg Wallace admitted he was worried about their 21-year age gap, but said Anne-Marie had never been bothered by this, who was just 27 at the time.

We wish best of luck for Gregg Wallace's wife Anne-Marie, who is going to say 'goodbye' to her womb forever. Hopefully, she'll recover soon and feel alright.
