Alan Bersten was recently crowned the 28th winner of Dancing With The Stars. Bersten and his partner competed against 3 other couples for the finale of the reality dancing competition and emerged victorious.

Alan Bersten and Hannah Brown

Not everyone who has been dancing for decades gets to take home the coveted Mirrorball but in Bersten's case, his dance experience came in handy. The 25-year-old is a choreographer and an alum of So You Think You Can Dance.

His partner, Hannan is the star of the recent season of The Bachelorette. The 41-year-old admitted she cried during rehearsals several times. Despite Brown and Bersten having a great chemistry and supportive connection throughout the show, both stars noted they are not dating.

On Monday, the So You Think You Can Dance alum took home the Mirrorball Trophy and he could hardly contain his emotions.

Bersten who was overwhelmed by the whole experience told Us Weekly after the finale that he was short of words. The choreographer described his win as the best feeling.

I can’t even put into words how I feel. It’s my first win! I cried like a baby. It was the best feeling in the world and I’m so proud of Hannah. I can’t believe this journey ended like this and I’m just happy.

The duo became emotional during the finale about the journey they embarked on together for 11 weeks. Hannah said:

This experience came at a time in my life where I wasn’t ready and didn’t feel like I could trust people, but working with you has allowed me to trust somebody again.

Both Alan and Hannah did not have much time to celebrate as the pair hopped on a plane to celebrate in New York.

Kel & Whitney should have won. Alan is a great pro but Hannah is annoying & over rated now. Kel did way better than her.

@Susanna Rae

Alan is a sweetheart. I believe that trying to keep Hannah's explosive emotions together must of been exhausting. He definitely deserves the trophy and win for being the best coach. I hope he can get time for needed self-care now. God Bless.

@Lauren Marone

Hannah improved so much from the beginning. I'm happy she won, even though I feel James should have been there until the end!! He would have won if he was there, but that's the judges fault. Anyway, Yay Hannah & Alan so happy for you both.

All four were good. And the pros work very hard. Snipe all you want, but I am grateful that there is a little live entertainment still on TV. I appreciate all of their efforts. Enjoy the music and dancing and the talent. The competition factor is minor.

Congratulations to the talented duo. We think this was a win that was very well deserved.
