Sometimes, children are forced to inherit their parents' hobbies. So, a couple from Missouri decided to pass on their passion for pole dancing to their three children and teach them how to do it.

Jake Night and Lindsey Teall are both exotic dancers. They met when they were working together and fell in love. Now they practice pole dancing with 11-year-old Aiden, Lindsey's son from her first marriage, and their two daughters, 5-year-old Alaura and 3-year-old Rosalyn.

The couple installed a pole in their room so that not only them but the whole family can practice. Moreover, they have also started performing in public with their kids. Despite being abused online for encouraging their children to practice pole dancing, Jake and Lindsey insist it’s a ‘sport’ and there is absolutely nothing wrong about it.

We have dealt with a lot of negative comments, I can't even count, thousands upon thousands upon thousands. We've heard some pretty horrific things, they were going to hunt us down and kill us and take our children.

But it doesn’t stop him and his partner from teaching their kids what they love doing. The family practices every day and Aiden is even planning to follow his parents’ footsteps and compete in pole dancing.

Despite the social media’s reaction, psychologists believe that there is nothing wrong in pole dancing for children. This sport can teach them confidence in themselves and help them gain control over their body.
