Meghan Markle's Non-Royal Job: She Is Reportedly To Have Own Column in 'Vogue' UK And US Editions

July 12, 2019

Is Vogue getting more royal soon? Meghan Markle is reportedly to be a "guest editor" in the magazine's September issue. The mother-of-one will be talking both about fashion and female empowerment, which are two matters close to her heart.

Although no one has confirmed these speculations yet, Meghan Markle is actively spending her summer with Archie and Harry ahead of her maternity leave's end and fall tour to Southern Africa.

Own column

Things are getting hotter for the Duchess of Sussex — she is reportedly going to own regular column in both UK and US editions of Vogue.

In the information retrieved from Daily Mail, Meghan Markle is reportedly discussing with editor-in-chief Anna Wintour to have own column in both editions, focusing on her massive charity work.

Sources disclose that "the monthly feature would be similar to the article being put together" to follow Meghan's upcoming photoshoot, though she will not be on the Vogue cover as she wants the audience to focus on female empowerment, and not her appearance.

Daily Mail reached Buckingham Palace to comment these talks flying all over the globe, though the latter refused to give any remarks regarding this concern.

Whether it's true or not, many people don't like this idea

It is actually a great idea to have own column to raise awareness about many topics and promote charity and equality, but it presumably violates the royal code.
