The Household Division’s Beating Retreat is an unbelievably beautiful performance of the military precision drill, including horses, cannon and fireworks.

This special event is held annually at St. James’s Park on the Wednesday and Thursday evenings, before the Queen’s Birthday Parade, Trooping the Colour. Thousands of people gather each year to see the beautiful concert and to feel a great festive atmosphere.

This year, Kate Middleton made a surprise appearance at the Household Division’s Beating Retreat.

At the ceremony, the Duchess of Cambridge was wearing a stunning cream Catherine Walker coat with a Mulberry clutch. The elegant royal outfit was completed with nude heels.

She looked so gorgeous and managed to surprise everybody with her unannounced appearance at the Beating Retreat ceremony.

A few days ago, Kate Middleton attended the Queen's State Banquet, where she was spotted wearing her favorite Cambridge Lover's Knot tiara and white Alexander McQueen dress.
