Back in February, the royal fans received very exciting news. It was confirmed that the Duchess of Cambridge will co-design a garden at the Chelsea Flower Show 2019.
The social media world got treated to behind-the-scenes photos of what the garden should look like once it’s finished, including a snap of Kate sharing some ideas with her co-designers, Adam White and Andrée Davies.
Now the Kensington Palace is giving us another treat. The new photos of the Duchess working on her garden have been revealed.
On the new snaps, Kate is seen getting her hands dirty as she co-operates with White and Davies. Ditching the usual formal wear, the Duchess is pictured donning a khaki green jacket and a wide smile.
It’s been said that Kate and her team are making final preparations at the moment before they unveil their creation to the public next week.
The garden is aimed at getting people to enjoy the beauty of nature and highlighting its benefits for physical and mental health.
The survey made by the National Garden Scheme shows that people feel happier after visiting gardens. They also feel more calm and creative.
Kate also hopes that with her new project she will be able to inspire the younger generation to go outdoors more and maybe even try themselves in gardening. What a great cause!
