'Xena' Star Lucy Lawless Sings A Heart-Wrenching Tribute To New Zealand Mosque Shooting Victims

On Friday, the world was shaken by an unspeakable tragedy in Christchurch, New Zealand.

A shooter carried out an attack on two mosques, taking the lives of 50 people. The police apprehended him a few hours later, and he’s now in custody.

New Zealand and the rest of the world is mourning the loss of innocent lives, and the country’s government is trying to figure out a way to prevent such horrific attacks from happening again.

Many public figures have expressed their sympathies and paid tributes, and among them is Xena star Lucy Lawless.

Lucy’s heart-wrenching tribute

The actress, who is a New Zealand native, is in shock and disbelief. Like many other New Zealanders, Lucy had never thought such a horrific hate crime could happen in her home country.
