Alex Trebek has just shared an important health update amid his stage 4 pancreatic battle. The beloved host also revealed whether we would see him in the next season of the people’s favorite Jeopardy.

Fans keep praying for Alex Trebek since he announced he was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer at the beginning of 2019. At that time, Alex said he “is going to find this” no matter what.

All these months, multiple fans of the longtime Jeopardy host kept asking one question – whether Alex would continue hosting the popular show amid cancer battle?!

On the final day of shooting the current season of Jeopardy, Trebek addressed his numerous fans and finally shed the light on his future plans.

Alex said:

I'm feeling good, I'm continuing with my therapy and we are already working on our next season, the 36th year of 'Jeopardy.'

He added with a smile:

I look forward to seeing you once again in September.

Trebek obviously decided to break his silence on hosting the next season of the show after multiple reports, stating that Jeopardy plans to replace him due to health issues.

Thank God, Alex will return to us in summer in the brand new episodes of his awesome show, which he has hosted since 1984.
