Leslie Grantham, Actor From 'Eastenders' Dies At The Age Of 71
The news about Leslie Grantham’s death came out of the blue on Friday morning. The actor’s agent said there would be a private funeral. Before the tragic event, there was news about Grantham’s return from Bulgaria to the UK to receive some treatment, but no one hoped for such an outcome.
The actor was famous for his role in EastEnders. He played there from 1985 to 1989, then there was a big comeback from 2003 to 2005. His role of Den Watts, the landlord of the east London public house, shot him to fame.
