Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's latest news is a source of curiosity for royal fans. They are interested in learning updates involving the Sussexes and in light of reports that they are unhappy with the public scrutiny, one can understand why.

Like many couples, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have influenced each other in different ways. It has been reported that Meghan, always a healthy living enthusiast, has encouraged Harry to eat better, exercise more and give up bad habits. In general, these changes appear to be good. But that may not be how the royals see it.

In her biography, Harry: Conversations with the Prince, which has been updated to include current findings, author Angela Levin looked into the effects of Harry's behavior changes on the royal family.

On many occasions he has seemed to be a shadow of himself: miserable, tense, sulky and even emasculated.

Angela went on to say that these changes that Meghan pushed Harry to adopt have "made him no longer feel quite himself."

The author said that, based on a royal insider report, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles are worried about the Duke of Sussex. One of Harry's close friends reportedly claimed that the Duke has become very wary of saying the wrong things "in case he upsets Meghan."

Angela opined, in the book, that Prince Harry seems more comfortable when he attends solo engagements.

Prince Harry's revelations to the public

Many people have wondered if Harry and Meghan are, in fact, ignoring the Queen's wishes by sharing all these details to the public.

After publishing a letter in October where Harry defended his wife and slammed the press, the Sussex's communications secretary Sara Latham revealed that the Duke informed the Queen before making that move.

This implies that Harry doesn't necessarily make bombshell statements against his family's wishes.

In general, the royals try as much as possible to present a united front. And while there's no actual confirmation that Meghan has made Harry unhappy, it's safe to say that if it's true, the family will come together to seek out a solution.
