Princess Charlotte is making history, as she is the first royal to benefit from the change of succession law.

The law states the succession to the throne will not be depended on gender, and female royals won’t be overtaken by any future brothers anymore.

Kensington Palace stated that the duchess will be leaving the hospital this evening with her husband and baby son.

The baby’s name has not been announced yet, but according to the bookies, Arthur is on the top of the list.
