Groom's Mother Wears Long White Dress On Son's Wedding And Could Easily Have Been Mistaken For The Bride

Luckily, it isn't difficult to determine you have a toxic person in your surrounding, especially if this person wears a white floor-length gown for your wedding and this is your future mother-in-law.

Everyone knows that only the bride is supposed to wear white to a wedding, but apparently, one mother-in-law forgot about it.

Moreover, the woman even had her hair styled identically to the bride. Honestly, the mother pictured on the wedding photo who also poses alongside the groom with her arms wrapped around his easily could have been mistaken for the bride.

The photo was shared on Reddit by user manbearpig102 who was outraged after seeing the official snaps.

Captioning the photo they wrote:

“The groom's mom had her hair done the same way as the bride, wore an almost white long dress, and is clinging to the groom for dear life.”

The photos clearly sparked outrage, and numerous people were quick to comment on how wrong it was for the mother of the groom.

The poster didn’t reveal the bride’s reaction when she saw the extremely bold dress, but we can imagine she wasn’t best pleased.


Whether the groom's mother did it intentionally or not, that was not very nice of her. Moreover, we doubt this will help her to build a healthy and friendly relationship within the family.
