Emily Ratajkowski's Diet: What The Model Eats And How She Exercises To Get Her Toned Body

Emily Ratajkowski always looks incredible. It is hard to miss her toned body and perfect skin. At the same time, she looks healthy and curvy, unlike a stereotyped skinny model. So here is the question that made us curious. What does Emily Ratajkowski eat to keep herself in shape? And what about her workout routine? Emily Ratajkowski’s diet is unusual and you just won't believe what she eats for dinner!

Let's start at the very beginning. What does Emily Ratajkowski eat for breakfast? The model loves to have a lot of carbs in the morning. Once she told Harper's BAZAAR US:

Every day I go to Blacktop Coffee and get this pastry called kouign-amann with my black coffee. I always pretend that I don't know what I'm getting. I'm like, "Um, hmm, I guess I'll get … a kouign-amann?" They're like, "Uh-huh."


In comparison to her usual breakfast, Emily tries to keep her lunches light.

Talking to Harper's BAZAAR US, she admitted:

Lunch is usually a salad or a sandwich. If I'm on set, I'll have catering, but I'm well behaved with that stuff. It's easy to go crazy—they know how to feed you.

While Emily is a big fan of pastry, she will occasionally shy away from indulgence. Ratajkowski loves to combine her meals with vegetable juice. And that is definitely healthy!


Emily is a juice lover as she appreciates a good blend of healthy veggies/fruits. Once she admitted:

I do love turmeric and beet juices. It’s so L.A., you can’t avoid it.

And finally, let's talk about Emily Ratajkowski's typical dinner. The model rarely stays home for dinner, as she uses this occasion to communicate with people. She added:

Dinner is my time to be social and catch up with people. I love this Italian restaurant downtown called Bestia. It's kind of fun...

If the model is in her healthy mood, she opts for the lighter meal.

If I'm trying to be a little healthier, there's Café Gratitude downtown. There's amazing sushi at this tiny place called Mako in Little Tokyo.


And our favorite part is about desserts. If there’s one thing that Emily cannot seem to remove from her diet, it’s a cake. Her Instagram is filled with photos of half-eaten desserts. So does she like sweets or not? Emily loves cupcakes. Talking to Elle, she said:

I definitely love a good cupcake sometimes, I think it is like, really important to give yourself a break.

However, her main priority is a well-balanced diet. She continued:

I like to keep it really balanced to give my body energy and also be healthy.

If you think Emily is one to religiously attend her gym, or have a near-addiction to weight training, then you couldn't be more wrong. The model just hates intense workouts, she prefers activities that don't require too much effort. She said in her interview to InStyle:

I am not a big gym person. I really like being outside and doing yoga, so I do a lot of hiking in L.A. and I have a yoga studio really close to my house that I go to like once a week.

Emily also added:

I don’t have a trainer…I’m just not a crazy fitness person. I’m definitely an outlier in the industry.
