Revelation: Meghan Markle Confessed Which Food Is Her Guilty Pleasure

January 9, 2019

We're lucky that Meghan Markle used to be an actress, since if you keep looking, you will manage to find her interviews where she reveals fascinating facts about herself. Of course, from now on her stories will be moderate and carefully thought through, but she wasn't formerly restrained by the royal protocol; therefore, she gladly shared the details of her private life with journalists.

Devoted fans or just curious people are always eager to find out something routine yet simultaneously very personal about a media person; for instance, everything connected with his or her diet. In one of her interviews, Meghan spoke of her favorite breakfast meal and many other details about food.

She talked about how she began to love food, how the place she grew up in influenced her preferences, breakfast, favorite recipes, and many other things. One of the particularly interesting questions she answered went like this: "Something you embarrassingly and secretly still love to eat?"

I love a french fry, but there’s no shame in that. But you know what I do really happen to lovvvvve is that boxed macaroni and cheese. I now buy the Annie’s organic one if I’m craving it, but I throw some frozen peas into it and have this gooey simple childlike meal. I used to cook it for the kids I would babysit and I always enjoyed feeling like a kid and eating it with them. I’m also not averse to eating tater tots. With ketchup and sriracha.

We wonder how things are now. Can Meghan still allow herself to eat such American food being the British Duchess? We can only guess. But here's another fact that can be understood from her answer – she adores kids, so she will be a great mother. One more evidence of this is that she also mentioned that her diet is mostly healthy, consisting of fresh vegetables, acai bowls and so on, therefore she will be able to create healthy food habits for her future children.

Speaking of Meghan's healthy habits, we have previously written about the impact the Duchess has had on Prince Harry. She is known for being a part-time vegan, healthy lifestyle advocate, and using Kensington Palace for training (plus, her mother is a yoga instructor). She has helped the Duke of Sussex to quit smoking, encouraged him to start taking a cleansing supplement and make an overall change in his life for the better, which is evident from his medical check-up – the prince is at his best in terms of health. So we can expect the royal couple to have a strong and happy family.
