Wouldn't Wish That On Anyone: Blogger Showed What Problems May Be Hiding Behind Perfect Instagram Shots

Social media has become an indispensable part of every modern human's life. When used in moderation, it can be only helpful. For instance, we can get our inspiration from pretty pictures on Instagram or get the freshest news from Twitter. However, social media has a flip side to the coin.

Overly susceptible people may perceive any information through their own "perfect" prism. Quite often, net users are under the impression that some people they see on the internet are living a posh life. Everything in their life is like a fairytale: neverending travel, expensive clothes, and perfect relationships. A dream come true!

This is basically what the life of an Instagram blogger nicknamed kharina97 looks like. It might seem like her every day is just idle pastime and her pictures of ethereal beauty are proof thereof.

However, recently, Kharina shared quite an honest video with a warning that sensitive people shouldn't watch it. The girl is filmed during one of her panic attacks; she's desperately gasping for air.

The girl explained that Instagram for her is not just a platform for posting pretty photos. She uses it to raise awareness among people about what a panic attack is. Kharina isn't looking for support or sympathy, she simply wants to show people that they are not alone in this. Unaware people might think that a panic attack is something insignificant; however, the girl is of a different opinion.

This video was of huge encouragement to many people around the world. They wrote to the blogger to show gratitude and appreciation for bringing up such a complex issue.

This message went viral within days and people openly shared their own personal problems. Many confessed that they thought they were alone in this for a long time, but now, thanks to Kharina, they've realized that it's not an uncommon disorder and that it's nothing to be ashamed of.
