  1. Pour very cold water (maybe even with ice) into a small container.
  2. Immerse your hands in it for 30 seconds.
  3. Evaluate the results: if the fingertips become too pale or cyanotic, then, most likely, you have problems with blood circulation. If they reddened, then at the moment you are fine!
