'It's A Girl': "The Big Bang Theory" Actress Melissa Rauch Announces The Arrival Of Her Baby

The actress popularly known for playing the role of Bernadette Rostenkowski-Wolowitz in 'The Big Bang Theory' has announced the arrival of her baby girl in a recent Instagram post.

Before Rauch began playing the gorgeous and smart microbiologist in the sitcom, she was a regular contributor to the TV show, Best Week Ever.

In 2009, she got the chance to play Bernadette, a co-worker of Penny (Kaley Cuoco) in the third season of the show. She started with a guest-starring role but was later promoted to a regular position of the girlfriend and now wife of Howard Wolowitz (Simon Helberg).

In 2010, she had a recurring role as Summer in True Blood and had other appearances in shows like The Office, Wright v Wrong, and the movie, I Love You, Man.

As she continued building her acting career, she co-wrote and co-produced the film, The Bronze. Here, she starred as Hope Annabelle Greggory, a talented gymnast who continued to cling to her heyday 12 years earlier. The film received positive reviews from critics.

This year, Rauch voiced the character of Harley Quinn in Batman and Harley Quinn.

Melissa Rauch's pregnancy struggles

The actress is married to writer Winston Rauch. They both worked on a number of projects together, including The Miss Education of Jenna Bush. In June 2017, she announced she was pregnant and also disclosed that she previously suffered a miscarriage.

When she first announced her pregnancy in an essay for Glamour, she detailed her long road to motherhood. At the time, she revealed that she was terrified to experience another miscarriage.

She also said that seeing other people's pregnancy announcements, while she went through her own fertility struggles, "felt like a tiny stab in the heart."

The arrival of her baby

Rauch made a reference to her conception struggles and the relief she felt after giving birth to her little girl. In an Instagram post announcing the birth of her child, she said, "will never take for granted the difficult road it took to get here."

She also shared some encouraging words for those who may be experiencing similar issues with getting pregnant. "I'm sending you so much love today and always."

We are glad that Rauch's fertility problems had a happy ending. Now, we can look forward to seeing photos of her sweet baby girl.
