Trump's donation - a noble deed

The good guy Donald Trump recently donated quarter of his $400,000 annual salary to the Department of Transportation. While being a candidate, he vowed not to take the salary. However, by law, he must be paid. That is why, since the beginning of his presidency, Trump has donated every part of his salary to several different federal agencies, namely the National Park Service, the Department of Education, and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Necessity to improve infrastructure

Elaine Chao, the 18th and current United States Secretary of Transportation, accepted the check from the president in the amount of $100,000, but it is only a small part of what Trump is going to do. The White House is planning to spend $21 billion on infrastructure in 2019.
