Melania Trump’s All-White Outfit At #SOTU Caused Vivid Discussions Among People On Social Media

Melania Trump’s recent public appearance during the State of the Union Address caused some vivid discussions among people on social media. There are two reasons for that.

A few days ago, First Lady Melania Trump and her family showed their support at the annual State of the Union. However, it was not the President’s speech that caused a huge reaction among people. Melania definitely stole the spotlight that evening.

The first thing that caused speculation was why the First Lady arrived at the event separately from the President. Some people suggested the reason for that was the recent incident with Stormy Daniels and her possible affair with Donald Trump.

The second thing that captured the public's attention was Melania’s gorgeous outfit. The First Lady wore a white pantsuit from Christian Dior.

Melania’s all-white outfit made a huge contrast to #SOTU blackout trend in support of the MeToo movement. People on Twitter suggested that Melania wore white because it’s a color often honoring the women’s Suffragette movement.

Some people even made a theory about Melania’s choice of wardrobe and suggested her pantsuit was similar to one Hillary Clinton wore when she accepted the democratic nomination in July 2016.

Melania shared this update on her Instagram page about her recent visit and commented on #SOTU:

I will be joined tonight by an honorable group of Americans. Sitting with me are heroes who have served our nation in times of need, families who have suffered at the hands of evil, and citizens who have embraced the American dream.

This year’s State of the Union Address was definitely marked by several bright moments, and Melania’s look was one of them. What do you think about her all-white outfit? We are looking forward to hearing your opinion in the comments.
