Judy Finnigan's Fitness Expert Daughter Shares Her Mother's Weight Loss Diet

Judy Finnigan, 69, has lost a lot of weight. Her daughter, Chloe Madeley, a nutritionist and fitness trainer, shared the details of her famous mom's weight loss diet when she appeared on the Loose Women.

Judy's remarkable weight loss

Chloe, 30, is Judy's only daughter and second child with television presenter Richard Madeley with whom she co-presented ITV's This Morning as well as their show, Judy and Richard.

Judy, who has been photographed a number of times since her remarkable weight loss, went on an exclusive diet of sushi, raw fish, and whole grain salads to lose all that weight. Sushi, eaten in the right amount alongside salads, might have an amazing and healthy effect if you are trying to shed some weight.


Chloe did not help her mother lose weight

Chloe was on Loose Women to launch her new book The 4-Week Body Blitz, which is an exercise and nutrition plan designed to transform the body in just 28 days. She, however, made it clear that her famous mom did not use her exercise regime to lose weight and has no interest in being trained by her.

She added that Judy's change of diet helped her lose weight naturally.

Chloe appeared on the show with her rugby player boyfriend, James Haskell.

"I love training"

The fitness expert used to be a television presenter before focusing on being a nutritionist and fitness trainer.

She said exercise helped her conquer anxiety. She wrote her book to share this path to confidence with her readers.
