Trapped dog

According to Luna’s owner, the dog disappeared on Monday at her home in Colorado. The family thinks she might have been chasing a rabbit and became stuck underneath their house.

When they heard her barking for help, they didn’t know how to respond, so they called firefighters.

The rescue mission

Fire crews had been working for hours to save Luna. They quickly realized that the mission was not an easy one, so they pulled all the stops to make it a success.

The family, friends, neighbors, and even strangers were patiently waiting for a little Luna to be rescued. CBS Denver was at the sight to share the story and answer some questions on Facebook.
