The video of a newborn popping its head of his mother’s pooch and looking around quickly became viral and we are not surprised as it is exceptionally cute.

A proud mamma, Mani, confidently looks at the camera as if feeling happy to show her little treasure to everyone. The baby kangaroo has already made a history as it is the first-ever to be born at the Sanctuary.

Tree kangaroos are very rare and have been placed under the category of threatened species. The Healesville Sanctuary has been working very hard to prevent their extinction.
