Elaine, Jackie Chan's Ex Lover Cries Out Saying, He Has Never Given His Daughter A Cent

Date September 28, 2018

In 2015, Etta Ng, Jackie Chan's daughter, said she regards him as a stranger. Till today, she is far from forgiving him. She told UK Express that though he is her biological father, he has not played a significant role in her life.

Etta Ng was born in 1999 to Jackie Chan and Elaine, a Hong Kong-born beauty queen. However, they split less than a year later, and Elaine raised Etta without Jackie Chan's presence in their lives.

In a YouTube video, Etta Ng and her partner, Andi Autumn spoke about their life situation saying that they were homeless because of homophobic parents. According to Etta, they had visited food banks, hospitals, LGBT community shelters, and had even asked friends and family for help, but no one would answer them.

According to her, everyone keeps referring them to shelters because they know she and her partner would be split up there.

According to NY Daily News, Elaine reacted to this video saying that Etta and her partner should go find work if they needed the money. This, in her opinion, was a better option that filming a clip telling people that they were broke and mentioning her father's name. Elaine said,

People all over the world work hard and don't rely on someone else's fame to get money.

Jackie Chan has never provided for Etta Ng

Contrary to popular opinion, 8days quotes Elaine the mother of Etta, as saying that Jackie Chan whose net worth according to Forbes is $49 million has never given his daughter a single cent. Elaine has had to single-handedly pay Etta's way through school. And this costs her about $3000.

Amidst all the drama going on in this family, Jackie Chan's close friend, Tiffany Chen, has risen up to his defense describing Jackie Chan as a man of affection who has cried over his 17-year-old love child, Etta Ng, many times.

Malay Mail quotes her saying that when Etta is 21, she would receive money from her father, but was not sure about Elaine.

This comes after Jackie Chan was quoted by UK Metro as saying he did not plan to leave money behind for his son, Jaycee, as he plans to donate all to charity. He said,

If he is capable, he can make his own money. If he is not, then he will just be wasting my money.

He has also told The Guardian that he is not interested in money, and only wants it so that he can give it away.

Jaycee is the result of Jackie Chan's 1982 marriage to Joan Lin. The two are still together.

Looks like there is a lot of drama with this family!
