The legendary Marilyn Monroe died On August 5, 1962, at the age of 36. According to the official reports, the star’s death was caused by acute barbiturate poisoning.

Marilyn Monroe was murdered?
Gianni Russo claims he knows who's responsible for Marilyn Monroe’s mysterious death.
He claims that it could be the younger Kennedy, who didn’t want the story of his and JFK’s involvement with the “blonde bombshell” go public.
It had to be Bobby. No one else would kill her. The mob would not have done it. They liked her. She was that party girl.
So, it seems that President John F. Kennedy and his brother, Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, may have played a role in this tragedy. Gianni Russo also remembered his time with JFK.
When they opened the Copa Room at the Sands Hotel [a mob-run casino in Vegas], Jack Entratter [who managed the Copacabana in New York] came out to run it and a house was built for him on the hotel’s grounds. Normally, [JFK] wore a 20- or 30-pound metal brace [and suffered from severe back pain] but said he felt good when he did coke. I felt like telling him, ‘Everybody feels good, a–hole.’ He loved doing lines off of [dancer] Juliet Prowse’s stomach.
Marilyn Monroe's alleged affairs with JFK and Bobby
Before Monroe’s death, there were lots of speculations over her alleged affair with both of the Kennedy brothers. It all started after Monroe’s legendary Happy Birthday performance for JFK.

What happened to Marilyn Monroe is one of the great mysteries of the 20th century.
