The singer says she has had a difficult time coming to terms with living in Trump’s America.

She told ET Canada that singing was a way to express her feelings and so she made an entire album of protest songs. For her, it wasn’t written for Trump as much as it was written to him. It’s her first album of original songs in over a decade.

What she has against Trump's female fans

She believes that the women who helped put Trump in power were simply intimidated by Hillary Clinton.

A lot of women vote the way their husbands vote; they don’t believe enough in their own thoughts. Maybe that woman who’s so articulate, so experienced and so fit for the presidency [Hillary] was too intimidating.

Is Trump a toxic influence on children?

But more than the women who believe Trump is a great president, Streisand is very worried about the children growing up in a country where he is the leader.
