Desperate to look like a Barbie
The vast difference between Lattanzi’s face in 2004 and the one she was spotted with on Instagram by 2016 sparked rumors that she had dropped a whopping $415,000 on surgeries in the hopes of looking like a Barbie.
An expert surgeon Dr. Tahl N. Humes told the Australian based New Idea that Lattanzi’s new look had very likely required multiples breast augmentation surgeries and liposuction.
There were also insider sources claiming she’d removed a rib.
Chloe Lattanzi opens up
Olivia Newton was reportedly worried about her daughter for years according to sources. But now, Lattanzi herself is finally opening up about the procedures.
In an episode on The Doctors, she said growing up in the limelight had terribly affected self-image. She hated being described as chubby in magazines and became fixated on perfection.
Lattanzi soon began to struggle with anorexia, OCD, and depression. She regrets bowing to the pressure to fix herself, but she's pissed off at the rumors of multiple surgeries.
According to the 33-year-old, she did have fillers surgically removed from her face and also fixed a botched boob job, but never removed a rib.
I’d never dream of removing a vital part of my anatomy. If people think my waist looks thinner or stomach flatter, it’s because I wear a waist trainer and work out to stay in shape.
Body positivity champion
These days, she is no longer victim to her body and is over her alcohol and drug abuse phase. She's also become a big-time advocate of body positivity.
In an interview with CBS8, she said she has gotten to a place where she’s at peace with her body and does not have time for body shamers.
