However, Kate’s personal hairdresser Richard Ward has opened a little door that leads to the perfectly styled mane. It turned out Kate is the Queen of royal blow dries. Her signature style is titled “Chelsea Blow Dry” and Ward calls it a “well-finished” hairstyle.
But some people believe that there is another secret to Kate’s perfect locks and it has nothing to do with a blow dry.
The secret behind the Duchess’ hair
There have been many speculations concerning Prince William wife’s glossy mane and some experts are certain that she achieves her signature look with the help of one very unroyal item – hair extensions.

In 2014, when she appeared at a Christmas lunch with the Queen, where she donned a half-up-half-down do, which gave the impression that she used hair extensions.
During that time, The Independent reporter claimed that everyone who uses such hair integrations would easily spot the “slightly hollowed gaps in her hair” that are the sure sign of an extension wearer.
The same rumors sparked in 2011, where people spied a line in Kate’s hair, which would have proved the theory. But there were no lines on the other side of her head. Moreover, the Clarence house later stated that it was a scar from an operation the Duchess had when she was a child.
Whether the royal mom-of-three’s hair is the blessing from the genes or the careful work of the hairdressers, we won’t know for sure. But the most important thing is that it looks great and it’s all that matters.
