Duchess Meghan delivered a powerful speech during the latest event in New Zealand. Who would have thought people would accuse Meghan of feminism and faking humanitarian?
Duchess Meghan is slammed for her ‘feminist speech’
Meghan Markle is doing her best to cope with numerous royal duties and to prove her high status of the Duchess of Sussex. But for some reason, haters continue to attack Meghan and slam her for every misstep.
Earlier these days, Prince Harry and his charming wife arrived in New Zealand amid their 16-day royal tour. On Sunday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the Government House reception in Wellington, where Meghan proved her excellent skills of a public speaker.
During the noble event in honor of the 125th anniversary of women's suffrage, Meghan took to stage to deliver her speech. The Duchess got emotional as she spoke about women’s rights and equality.
Suffrage is not simply about the right to vote but also about what that represents. The basic and fundamental human right is being able to participate in the choices for your future and that of your community.
"Bravo New Zealand for championing the right of women to vote 125 years ago." — The Duchess of Sussex, as she and The Duke joined PM @JacindaArdern and @GovGeneralNZ Dame Patsy Reddy to celebrate the 125th anniversary of women's suffrage in New Zealand. #RoyalVisitNZ pic.twitter.com/zpFhyPiE8r— Kensington Palace (@KensingtonRoyal) October 28, 2018
The audience liked Meghan’s powerful speech which generated a standing ovation. But social media users attacked the Duchess claiming that “she can't be a royal and a feminist at the same time.”

Her career was built on sexualizing women and she became famous thanks to her marriage.
I become more and more Republican whenever MM opens her big mouth and taking credit for things she never achieved! Z List fake humanitarian ;)— Shilan Amin (@Shilan_Amin) October 29, 2018
Sorry, but MM is not a good example for women - her career was build on sexualising women and she becamse famous thanks to her marriage. I am so disappointed to see how real women who work really hard to achieve something are devaluated again.— lala_girl89 (@Girl89Lala) October 28, 2018
Anyone else sick of her voice. Shameful trying to take attention from @WeAreInvictus and #NetherlandsStateVisit and the queen. This is like the Meghan Narcle show on the road at an expense to the tax payers. Why is England allowing this z list woman of low morals to take over?— msbrattyy (@msbrattyy) October 28, 2018

Why is she giving speeches?????This tour is a disaster for the Royal Family, this woman is going to single-handedly end the Momarchy.Where I live in Middle England, everyone is fed up to the back teeth of her.— widdio (@widdio2) October 28, 2018
Isn’t it too harsh to talk about the mom-to-be in such a way? What do you think about Meghan’s speech? Please, share your thoughts in the comments.
