May was an exciting month for the Baldwin family as it was then when they welcomed another little member. Hilaria and Alec took to Instagram to share the exciting news with their fans and followers. The new parents posted a beautiful photo of them in the hospital with their adorable baby boy.
Hilaria captioned the post with sweet words:
He’s here! He’s perfect! 8lbs 2oz #wegotthis2018.
The proud mom had documented her growing baby bump and fitness routine during pregnancy. That’s right, this amazing woman has never stopped working out!
And now, the celebrity yoga instructor shows off her amazing post-baby body and we keep wondering how on earth she managed to jump back in shape so quickly?
The-mom-of-four revealed her secrets to WomensHealthMag.com. She said that she stays active no matter how tired she feels because she knows it will make her feel better and healthier in the long run.
Even though my body gets bigger, and I gain weight and slow down, I try to work out every day.
The yogi admits she was lucky to have "easy labors and deliveries" but she believes that she got back in shape so quickly after giving birth because she was working out before and during her pregnancy. But it doesn’t mean you have to spend hours in the gym. All you need to do is to stay active.
Also, Hilaria thinks it’s important to listen to your body and have a rest when it tells you to. What is her advice to moms, who are struggling to exercise after giving birth?
I know it feels hard, and you're tired. But if you can get at least five, 10, 15, maybe 30 minutes a day where you can move your body, you're going to feel more energized for your kids and more connected to your body.
Hilaria previously revealed there might be baby number 5 in the Baldwin family’s future and we are certain she will manage to jump back in shape no matter how many more children she will have.
