Victoria Beckham May Be Well Off, But She Still Expects Her Children To Work Just As Hard As Everyone Else

In spite of her busy schedule and hectic work life, fashion mogul Victoria Beckham still finds time to take care of her family. And for this, she gives a lot of credit to her parents, Jacqueline Doreen and Anthony William Adams.
Although her mother was an insurance clerk and hairdresser, while her father earned a living as an electronics engineer, Victoria was never lacking love and attention. They sent her to some of the best schools and even paid for ballet lessons.
Victoria’s parents also instilled in her a value of hard work, a quality which she is now proud to pass on to her four children: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper.
In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, she talked about how her son Brooklyn had kept a job in a café:
He's worked in the local café cleaning up dishes for the last two years, which I think is great. It's important that the kids have a good work ethic and try to help other people as well.
She also offered a peek into her daughter Harper’s life in school.
[Harper] works very hard at school and is very sociable, so has a lot of friends. She has a better social life than I do!
Earlier, she told Evening Standard that her children did not have much of a choice but to work hard, and she and her husband, David, are almost always working when they are not with family.
They see Mummy go to work, they see Daddy go to work, and they go to school and they have to work.
However, she still accepts the reality that children will be children, so she strikes a balance between work and play. She often shares snaps of her and the children in outdoor activities, like skiing and snowboarding, horse riding, and tennis.
And the kids play their own part too in supporting their parents. You are likely to find them all at Victoria’s fashion shows.
The entire family showed up to cheer her at the New York Fashion Week.
If anyone ever needed proof that a celebrity can manage a family while holding on to their career, Victoria Beckham is a good example.
