“She Could Do It Herself” Hoda Kotb Says Meghan Markle Doesn't Need Anyone To Walk Her Down The Aisle
It is hard to believe that so long-awaited event, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle wedding will take place tomorrow, on May 19. Millions of people are waiting for the big day, and some of them are already camping out on the streets.
Of course, everything was planned long ahead. Nevertheless, there are some changes that happened right before the wedding. Meghan’s father, Thomas Markle, who was supposed to walk his daughter down the aisle, said he is not able to attend the ceremony due to health problems.
It was a big shock for Meghan Markle, as she wanted both parents to be present at the wedding. Reportedly, Prince Charles was chosen for this role. He will give away his son's fiancée at St George's Chapel tomorrow.
But Hoda Kotb, the famous American journalist, claims Meghan Markle doesn’t need anyone for this particular role. When speaking about Meghan, Hoda said:
She’s kind of coming in confident. There’s something about that that I like. She’s 36 years old, she has lived her life.
I wonder if she’ll walk down the aisle by herself — because does she really need someone to give her away? Really? Now? There’s something about her that’s strong and confident.
Hoda Kotb claims such strong women as Meghan don’t need anybody to walk them down the aisle. Do you think the same way?
