- cleanliness is another factor to measure their efficiency;
- staff ratio to calculate the child's interaction;

The given incident is another lesson. Responsibility is the key to avoid such dreadful events!
Baby left behind alone in the daycare
A Childcare Center in Billings, Montana had a long history of safety issues and now it had closed for the weekend with a toddler locked inside. Mother, Tanaya Merchen came to pick up her 6-month-old, son Avery around 5 PM. Her feet froze out of utter fear when she found the door locked. She was sure no one was sent to pick Avery up earlier that day.
She called the director of the daycare who immediately realized the irresponsible error of her staff. Tanaya told Yahoo!:
I had no idea what to do, I was stunned. I called the director and she drove over and replied, I put Avery down for a nap at 5:15 p.m. The person watching him must have gone home sick.
Authorities have started the investigation to seal the daycare once and for all. The single mother has also angrily protested it to shut down to avoid further tragic happenings due to such horrible negligence. Even imagining this scenario will put mothers into a panic!
This mistake was called to be a miscommunication, by the owner, Kim Redding. Social media user observed closely and gave their respective opinions about it. Apology not accepted!
