The lucky lad had quite a number of people as godparents including Mr. Nicholas van Cutsem, Mr. Guy Pelly, Mr. Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, Lady Laura Meade, Mrs. Robert Carter and Miss Lucy Middleton.

The celebrants of the day arrived looking radiant as ever with the Duke of Cambridge in charge of his oldest children. While little Prince George wore a button-up shirt with dark shots and shoes, his sister, Princess Charlotte, appeared in a beautiful polka dot dress with matching blue shoes.

The Duchess of Cambridge was also looking amazing in her white dress with high shoulders and matching hat. For this occasion, Prince Louis was wrapped in a handmade replica of the royal christening robe made by Angela Kelly, dressmaker to the Queen.

Prince Charles as always looked dapper in his blue suit beside his wife, the Duchess of Cornwall.

Sadly, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip were not in attendance at the landmark event to the disappointment of many fans. Her Majesty has a full itinerary and fitting in the christening was all but impossible. Still, the Palace was well represented by other members of the royal family.
