As Cash's baby girl got older, Johnny began taking her to the stage, where she sang as a backing vocalist for a while. Gaining experience and skills, Rosanne began performing solo songs, primarily in the folk style. Here you can listen to her acoustic song She Remembers Everything.

Her two albums Right or Wrong (1980) and Seven Year Ache (1981) led her to the instant popularity across the country. The two albums were a blossoming success, taking the highest positions of many music charts.

Talents are in genes

Johnny Cash is not alive, but surely, he would've been proud of his children. His and June's son, John Cash, made up his mind to recreate his father's performance with the song Hurt. People couldn’t help but notice that he sounded exactly like his dad while singing, and they could clearly see the hurt on his face.

We do think that the country music icon Johnny Cash would have been proud of Rosanne and John for following in his footsteps and showcasing their family legacy and talent to the world.
