After shining in her spectacular wedding gown during the ceremony, the Duchess of Sussex changed it into a second dress for an intimate reception. Meghan obviously needed something that would allow her to dance and have a good time later that day while still looking stunning.
The new princess swapped her Givenchy gown for an elegant Stella McCartney piece.
We got a glimpse of Meghan's second dress when the newly married couple left Windsor Castle for Frogmore House, where Prince Charles was graciously hosting the grand reception.
The lily white halterneck dress looked absolutely amazing and suited the occassion perfectly. Just like with her wedding gown, Meghan opted to avoid embroidery or lace in preference to a simple but chic layout.
As expected, the Duchess of Sussex didn't dissapoint with her dress choices on the big day.
Changing dresses for the reception is becoming a common practice amongst royal brides. Kate Middleton also went with a simpler piece for later in the day. However, both of Duchess of Cambridge's dresses were designed by Sarah Burton from Alexander McQueen fashion house.
