Good News For The Fans: NCIS Veteran David McCallum Will Return For Season 16 Of CBS Series

Everything is changing in one of the longest-running TV shows NCIS. Fans of the police investigative series just said goodbye to an integral and beloved part of the NCIS team Abby Scuito, played by Pauley Perrette.

Quirky forensic scientist's story arc concluded with two tense episodes. Audiences watched their favorite character leave after 15 seasons.

McCallum took to his personal Facebook account to announce his return. The character's presence had become limited since the start of the last season, and it will continue to be so. At least, he's still part of the team!

In even better news, Mark Harmon signed a new deal with CBS to continue his run on the show. He negotiated a salary bump as a true powerhouse of NCIS. We can't be happier about this news, as NCIS without Harmon wouldn't be the same.
