Eric Trump: "My Father's Life Became Exponentially Worse The Minute He Decided To Run For President"

Lately, Eric Trump and his wife, Lara, have been unusually vocal in favor of their head of the family, Donald Trump.

Often quiet and used to life off-spotlight, Lara Trump publicly praised her father-in-law for commuting the life prison sentence of Alice Marie Johnson. She was happy that everyone now can get to know the Donald Trump she knows, and accept him as a great President.

Seeing that Lara clearly got tired of seeing so much criticism directed towards Donald Trump, her husband, Eric, must feel the same, as he had something to say about his father as well.

In an interview with Westchester Magazine, Eric Trump admitted that his family sometimes misses the old days and how things were before Donald Trump decided to aim for a place in the office. That being said, the 34-year-old Trump heir respects his father's decision, as he acted the way he felt right:

My father’s life became exponentially worse the minute he decided to run for president. He didn’t need to do this, but he was immensely frustrated with where the country was going.

Eric once again said that the older Trump siblings are used to negative public attention, but he asked to keep Tiffany and Barron out of the press' critique.

Not surprisingly, the public was less than sympathetic towards Eric's comments about Mr. President.

Trump family just can't seem to catch a break these days.
