Princess Beatrice's ex-boyfriend, Dave Clark, just completely shut the door to any possibility of them ever getting together again: he's now officially a married man.
Prince Andrew's daughter and Dave Clark dated for nearly 10 years before calling it quits in 2016. Some speculate that the reason for their break-up became Beatrice's desire to get married, a step that Dave wasn't ready to take with the princess.
Now it seems that Clark finally found the one, although we are sad it's not Beatrice.
Tying the knot
Over the weekend, Dave Clark married Lynn Anderson in an intimate wedding ceremony in Italy. The couple got engaged in May of 2017, approximately six months after the start of their relationship, according to PEOPLE.
It looks like it didn't take Dave long to get over Princess Beatrice before he got together with his now wife. We can't imagine this news being an easy pill to swallow for the still single royal.
According to people who were close to Beatrice and Dave, the couple needed some space after their split to "see what they both want."
We know that Princess Beatrice dedicated herself to work, while Dave quickly found someone close to his heart.
Meanwhile, Beatrice's sister Princess Eugenie is doing better with her personal life and actively preparing for her own wedding with Jack Brooksbank.
