The 36-year-old chose a dress by her trusty designer Alexander McQueen, which she paired with a jaw-dropping hat that created a lot of buzz in the world of social media. The duchess added what looked like a brand new pair of earrings, which she has never worn before.

Stunning gems

Kate is quite a fan of jewelry with a hefty price tag, and the new addition to her collection is no different.

The pretty earrings appear to look like the creation of Cassandra Goad. The Cavolfiore Pearl Studs feature seven pearls closely put together and reminding a flower.

The stunning studs, inspired by the clusters of young cauliflower, cost no less than £4,360, which is almost $6,000. They are made out of 18ct yellow gold and definitely worth the ears of a duchess.

Recycled dress

But despite her love for pricey jewels, Duchess Kate is known to recycle her outfits. She has been seen sporting the same dress on several occasions – from the christening of her daughter, Princess Charlotte, to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding.

The dress fits perfectly in Kate’s style, so it’s no wonder she likes to wear it. We can’t blame the duchess for wanting to dress for her status, whether it shows in her clothes or expensive jewelry.
