Expert Claims Prince Harry's Fiddling With The Wedding Ring Could Mean A Defensive Act

We didn’t stop dreaming about the stunning wedding dress, and still remember the heart-warming moment when the lovebirds exchanged their rings, adoringly gazing at each other.

As it was revealed, Prince Harry broke the royal tradition by wearing a wedding band. Was it his own wish or his wife’s request, we will never know. But during the recent event, the ginger royal couldn’t stop fiddling with his ring, and there might be a reason behind it.

Does Prince Harry miss his wife or is he under pressure?

Recently, the Duke of Sussex visited Commando Training Centre Royal Marines in Lympstone, and many have noticed that the royal couldn’t stop playing with his wedding ring during the visit.


Body language expert Judi James assumes the Duke might be simply missing his wife, as the gesture suggests he is either feeling under pressure or lonely. James also believes that fiddling with the wedding ring could be a defensive act. She commented:

It allows him to create a barrier with his arms, but seeking out his wedding ring to touch and playing with it suggests he's missing the back-up and support of his wife here.
